The landscaped 6000 sqm property includes a private fishing pond where you can practice catch-and-release fishing with carp up to 15 kg. A private grill is available for outdoor dining, and children can enjoy the shared playground. Hiking trails start directly from the house, and ski slopes at La Bresse and Gerardmer are 20 km away. On-site parking for 1 vehicle is available on a shared basis. One pet is allowed. Events are not permitted on the property. A tennis court is located within a 15-minute walking distance. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am must be respected, smoking indoors is prohibited, and all doors and windows must be locked when leaving. A supermarket and shopping center are 1 km away. You must bring your own bedding and household linens, and cleaning is your responsibility before departure.

Ideal for a family of 3 to 4 people, but not recommended for 4 adults as the only bedroom is separated from the living room by a curtain, which limits privacy. The cottage includes a veranda, a kitchen and dining area, one bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, a toilet, and a small terrace. The relaxation area features a lawn, a large playground for children, and swings. An outdoor fireplace and table are reserved for the cottage. Central gas heating with radiators. The village center is 1 km away, offering shops and services: supermarket, hardware stores, bakeries, butcher, restaurants, and more. The nearby village provides all amenities. Numerous hiking trails, cross-country ski tracks within 8 km, and alpine ski slopes within 15 km (Haut du Tôt, Rochesson, Gérardmer, La Bresse) are accessible.
